We are given that Circumference is 11 cm

$2 \pi r = 11 \\2 \times \frac{22}{7} \times r = 11\\r = 11 \times \frac{7}{22} \times \frac{1}{2}\\r=1.75$

Diameter of circle = 2r=2(1.75)=3.5 cm

Hence The diameter of circle is 3.5 cm
