Circumference = 2πr

2 \times  \frac{22}{7}  \times r = 2.2cm \\ r =  \frac{2.2cm \times 7}{2 \times 22}  \\  r = 0.35cm

Diameter = 2(r)=2(0.35)=0.7cm
