circumference = 2πr
66m = 2 ×22/7 ×r
r. = 66 ×7 / 2×22
r. = 21 /2
diameter = 21 ×2/2
so, diameter = 21 m

Given,

circumference of circle = 66m
We know that circumference of circle = 2πr

Therefore, 2πr = 66

2×22/7×r= 66
44/7 × r = 66
r= 66 × 7/44
r= 10.5 m

we need diameter
i.e. diameter = 2r

therefore diameter = 2× 10.5 = 21 m
