Given:-

  • Circumference of a circle is 74 cm.

To find:-

  • Diameter of a circle.

Solution:-

We know that,

Circumference = 2πr

→ 2 × 22/7 × r = 74

→ r = 74 × 7/2 × 22

→ r = 259/22

r = 11.77 cm

Now,

→ d = 11.77 × 2

d = 23.54 cm

Hence,

  • the diameter of a circle is 23.54 cm.

More Formulas:-

→ Perimeter of rectangle = 2(l + b)

→ Perimeter of square = 4 × side

→ Area of square = a²

→ Area of triangle = ½ × b × h

→ Area of parallelogram = b × h
