Hello mate,

To find the greatest and the smallest rational number we have to make these rational numbers like.

-4*12/7*12,-9*6/14*6, 13*3/-28*3,-23*3/42*2

-48/84, -54/84, -39/84, -69/84

Greatest = -39/84 = -13/28

Smallest = -69/84 = -23/42

Difference between the greatest and the smallest = (-13/28) - (-23/42) = (-39-69)/84 = -108/84 = -27/21 = -9/7.

Hope it's helpful to you.
