Perimeter of the Square =2*side

perimeter of this square=2*2x+3y

=4x+6y is the perimeter of the square

perimeter of the triangle= A+B+C

Perimeter of this triangle= 4ycm+4ycm+4ycm

We can write as 4ycm* 3

perimeter of the triangle =12ycm

Difference between the perimeter of the square and triangle is

12y-4x+6y

= 6y+4x cm

Hence, difference between the perimeter of the square and triangle is

6y + 4x cm
