we have length breadth ratio as 3/2 so
we can it as 3x ,2x
given perimeter is less than 100 and greater 75.
perimeter of rectangle =2(l+b)

so 75<2(l+b)<100
=75<2×5x<100
=15<2x<20
x is between 15/2 to 10
ie is (7.5,10)
so dimension will be ( 3x,2x) accrding to certain value fr x
i hope u understood!!!!
