if two charges are being placed at a separation distance r the force experienced is given by

F = k. q1.q2 / (r^2) therefore

substituting the dimensions on the two sides [q1q2] = [C]^2

so the dimension of charge is [Coulomb]

From the definition of Current (flow of charge) the dimension of current
