1. = (-2)^2 - 4*3*1/3
= 4 - 4 = 0
Here D = 0 means real and equal roots
2. (-1/2)^2 - 4*1*(-4)
= 1/4 + 16 = 65/4
Here D > 0 means real and unequal roots
1. = (-2)^2 - 4*3*1/3
= 4 - 4 = 0
