a = (v - u)/t
so a= (80 - 20)/12
a = 5 m/s²
s = ut + 1/2 at²
s = 20×12 + 1/2× 5 × 144
s = 600 mtrs answer

First you have to find the acceleration.
Given :- u = 20 m/s and v = 80 m/s and t = 12 seconds
Therefore acceleration = (v - u)/t = (80 - 20)/12 = 60/12 = 5 m/s^2
Now applying the formula s = ut + 1/2 at^2
s = { (20 * 12) + (1/2 * 5 * 12 * 12) } m
s = { (240) + (360) } m
s = 600 m = 0.6 Km
