 \sqrt{ {(10 - 7)}^{2} +  {(9 - 13)}^{2}  }  \\   = \sqrt{ {3}^{2} + ( - 4) ^{2}  }  \\  =  \sqrt{9 + 16}  \\   = \sqrt{25}  \\  = 5
