Distance between two points P (x,y) and Q (a,b) is given by a formula that is ,

=> { ( x-a )² + ( y-b )² }

So , according to thiss ,

distance between (6,5) and (-3,-4) is

=> { ( 6-(-3) )² + ( 5-(-4) )² }

=> { (6+3)² + (5+4)² }

=> √ (81 + 81) = √162 = √ (2×81) = 9√2

so , distance between S and T is 9√2
