Answer:

the distance between two points ( x¹,y¹) ( x²,y²) is √(x²-x¹)^2+(y²-y¹)^2

given points is(9,4) ,(6,1)

=√(6-9)²+(1-4)²

=√(-3)²+(-3)²

=√9+9

=√18

=3√2

Hello, Buddy!!

||Required Solution||

Given,

Point A = (9,4) → (x1,y1)

Point B = (6,1) → (x2,y2)

  • Distance between two points = √[(x2-x1)²+(y2-y1)²] units

 \sqrt{ {(6 -9) }^{2}  +  {(1 -4 )}^{2} }  \\  \sqrt{  {( - 3)}^{2} +  {( - 3)}^{2}   }  \\  \sqrt{9 + 9}  \\  \sqrt{18}  \\ 3 \sqrt{2}

  • Required Distance ☞ 32 units.
