Answer :-

 \sqrt{ {x}^{2} +  {y}^{2}  }

Given :-

Co-ordinates of Point P => (x, y)

To find :-

d(O, P) =?

Solution :-

Here,

x1 = x, y1 = y

x2 = 0, y2 = 0

by \: distance \: formula \:  \\  \\ d(op) =  \sqrt{ {(x1 - x2)}^{2}  +  ( {y1 - y2)}^{2} }  \\  \\  =  \sqrt{ {(x - 0)}^{2} + ( {y - 0})^{2}  }  \\  \\  =  \sqrt{ {(x)}^{2}  + ( {y)}^{2} }  \\  \\  =  \sqrt{ {x}^{2}  +  {y}^{2} }

Hope it helps.
