Point : (x, y)
Origin : (0,0)
-------------

By distance formula,
distance =  \sqrt{ {(x - 0)}^{2}  {(y - 0)}^{2}  }

distance  =  \sqrt{ {x}^{2} -  {y}^{2}  }

I hope this will help you

Heya ✋

Let see your answer !!!!

Point (x , y)

Origin (0 , 0)

Distance =
[tex] \sqrt{(x -0) ^{2} (y - 0) ^{2} } \\ = \sqrt{(x ^{2} - 2 \times x \times 0 + 0 ^{2} } \\ \sqrt{y ^{2} - 2 \times y \times 0 + 0 ^{2} }\\ = √x^2 - √y^2

Thanks :))))
