Let O (0,0) be the origin.
And point P (x, y) any point.

Using distance formula :


op =  \sqrt{(0 - x {)}^{2}  + (0 - y {)}^{2} }  \\  =  \sqrt{ {x}^{2}  +  {y}^{2} } units.
