hey mate here is ur ans

u = distance of object= - 10 cm
R = radius of curvature = -8
so we know that f= R/2
f= -8/2
= -4

v= distance of image
we know the formula
1/f= 1/v- 1/u
1/-4= 1/v- 1/-10
1/v= -1/10-1/4
1/v= -2-5/20
1/v= -7/20
v= -20/7
v = - 2.8
hope it help u

Naveenkumar21: your answer is wrong because you use lens formula not mirror formula
