If we take any two of the resistances,they'll be in series.

So, R1 + R2 = Rs

Rs = 3 + 3 = 6 ohm

Rs and bc are in parallel.

So, 1/R1 + 1/R2 = 1/Rp

1/6 + 1/3 = 1/Rp

Rp = 1/2 ohm

HOPE IT HELPS YOU.
