F = (1/4*pi*ε0) (q1*q2/r^2)

where, 1/4*pi*ε0 = 9 * 10^9

q1, q2 = charges concerned

r = distance between the 2 charges

so, now according to your data,

f = 9 * 10^9 * q1 * q2 (since r = 1, therefore r^2 = 1)

hence this much amount of force will be exerted by the 2 charges on each other.
