slope = \frac{y2 - y1}{x2 - x1} \\ \\= > \frac{7 - 5}{4 - ( - 3)} \\ \\ = > \frac{2}{7}

(y \: - \: y1) = slope(x \: - \: x1)

 = > (y - 5) = \frac{2}{7} (x + 3)
 = > (y - 5)7 = 2(x + 3)
 = > 7y - 35 = 2x + 6 \\ = > 7y - 2x = 6 + 35 \\ = > 7y - 2x = 41
