centre is(-g,-f)=A(-4,-5) which passes through required circle

x² +y²-4x-6y-9/3=0
g=-2,f=-3
centreB(2,3) which is centre of required circle

radius =AB =√(2+4)²+(3+5)²=√36+64=10
