if a and b are centre and r is radius then equation of circle is
(x-a)^2+(y-b)^2=r^2
so here,
(x-2)^2+(y-4)^2=r^2

SrkShaheerkhan: Express the following angles in circular system ( radian measure): i) 120 degree
SrkShaheerkhan: please give me the ans
