solve it using two point form

since it passes through 4,0 and -2,3

y-y1=((y2-y1)/(x2-x1))(x-x1)

anurag109: wrong soln.
IchigoCharan: you are wrong
anurag109: x intercept given in question 4 but you can not use this in our answer, so this is wrong soln.
IchigoCharan: oh sorry didnt see that
IchigoCharan: then use two point form
anurag109: ok.

given point (-2,3) let this point be (x1,y1), x-intercept 4(given), therefore point (4,0) let this point be (x2,y2), solve it by using two point form y-y1=(y2-y1)/(x2-x1)multiply in numerator (x-x1), y-3=-3/4+2(x+2), y-3=-3/6(x+2), 2y-6=-x-2, x+2y-4=0 answer. Please mark it as a brainiest answer early ok.
