(x1,y1)=(-3,2)......(x2,y2)=(7,-4)
using midpoint formula,
centre=(x1+y1)/2 ,(x2+y2)/2
(a, b) =(4/2) , (-2/2)
(a, b)=2 , -1
radius =square root of (x2-x1)^2 + (y2-y1)^2
......=sq rt of 10+(-6)
.......=sq rt of 4=2
r=2
therefore the equation of circle is,
=>(x-a)^2+(y-b)^2=r^2
==>(x-2)^2 + (y+1)^2 = 4
