Yes it is possible to construct a capacitor of a single conductor having capacitance of 1 F,
if the radius of the circular conductor be
9 x 10^9 Km..
As, C = 4π€a
Now, if C = 1F, a = C/4π€ = 9 x 10^9 Km...

One farad is a very large unit and capacitor of so large value is not possible to make.
