That as the solution x = —1/17 , y = —22/17

The radius squared of the circule is d^2=((0 + 1/17)^2+(0+22/17)^2)=1/289+484/289.

So the askedque equation is

(x+1/17)^2+(y+22/17)^2=485/289.
