here

slope of line passing through (7,5)&(2,9) is

m=(9-5)/(2-7)

=-4/5

equation of the line having slope -4/5 and passing through (3,-4)is

(y+4)/(x-3)=-4/5

or,5y+20=-4x+12

•°•4x+5y+8=0. is required equation

hope its okey for you
