Answer:

y = x + 1

FIRSTLY

Find the gradient of the line by using the formulae

y2 - y1 \div x2 - x1

Hence and with this

Your;

y2 = 3

y1 = 1

x2= 2

x1 = 0

NOW;

place this aforementioned points gotten from the question to get your gradient (m)

FURTHERMORE

Your m as gradient will be 1

Hence

Use this formula to find the equation of the line

y - y1 = m(x - x1)

so; take any of the points together with your m as gradient and place it in the formula getting;

example using A(0,1)

y1 =1 and x1 = 0

CALCULATION

y-1 = 1(x-0)

y-1 = x-0

therefore making your y constant your equation

is

y = x + 1

NOTE: the point B(2,3) can also be used to arrive at the same answer
