We know that , the intercept form is given by

Substitute the known values , we get

➡x/2 + (-y/5) = 1

➡(5x - 2y)/10 = 1

➡5x - 2y = 10

➡5x - 2y - 10 = 0

Hence , the equation of the line is 5x - 2y - 10 = 0
