y-y1= m x-x1 = y+5=-3(x-3) = y+5= -3x+9 @ equation will be 3x+y=4

Solution.....

Points = [ 3, -5 ]
so, x1 = 3 and y1 = -5.
and slope, m = -3.
So,
Equation of the line ----

y - y1 = m [ x- x1 ]
y+5 = -3 [x - 3]
y+5 = -3x + 9
3x + y + 5 - 9 = 0
☞ 3x + y - 4 = 0.......... is the required equation.
