both line are perpendicular
so, product of slope of both line will be =-1
now given line y=-3x+5. slope =-a/b so slope is -3. so slope of another line can be obtained by
m1×m2=-1
m1=-3
so, m2 = 1/3.
now one point is given 2,6
so by slope intercept form lime will be
x-3y+16=0
