We know that Resistors R1,R2 and R3 are in series

So, Req = R1+R2+R3

= 2+2+2

= 6ohm

We know that Resistors R4,R5 and R6 are in series

So, it is 6 ohm

We know that Resistors R7,R8 and R9 are in series

So, it is 6ohm

Now we know that Three resistors are in parallel

So, Req = 1/R1+1/R2+1/R3

= 1/6+1/6+1/6

= 1.99996ohm.
