find the factor of x square - 5 x + 6​

Here's the solution :

x^2 - 5x + 6

= x^2 - 2x - 3x + 6

= x(x - 2) - 3(x - 2)

= (x - 3)(x - 2)

Therefore required factors are (x - 3) and ( x - 2)
