the formula for finding terms in an A.P

is

T= a +nd

where T is the term

n is the serial no. of the term

eg: first term or second term or nth term

d is the common difference

therefore the first 5 terms are

1. 2+(1×2.5) = 4.5

2. 2+(2×2.5) = 7

3. 2+(3×2.5) = 9.5

4. 2+(4×2.5) = 12

5. 2+(5×2.5) = 14.5
