Here,

the LCM of 45 , 60 ,75 are..

 15| \frac{45}{3}. \frac{60}{4}. \frac{75}{5}    |

so, the LCM is 15×3×4×5= 900...

therefore,

the multiple of 900 nearest to 99999 and of 5 digit is...

900  | \binom{99999}{ \frac{( - )99999}{ \times } } | 111.11

so,

900 \times 111

 = 99900

and,

99900 + 20

 = 99920

this is the required answer..
