We have to find least number which divides 171 and 251 leaving remainder 3 and 6
so if we subtract 3 and 6 from 171 and 251 respectively resultant nos. will be divided by that no.
so, 171-3 = 168 and 251-6 = 245
so Required no will be HCF of 168 and 245
= HCF (168,245) = 7
