Finding HCF and LCM of 117, 143 and 104 by using Prime Factorisation Method -
117 = 3 x 3 x 13
143 = 11 x 13
104 = 2 x 2 x 2 x 13
HCF of 117, 143 and 104 = 13
LCM of 117, 143 and 104 is -
= 3 x 3 x 11 x 13 x 2 x 2 x 2 = 10,296
HCF = 13
LCM = 10,296
Product of given Numbers -
117 x 143 x 104 = 17,40,204.
Hence :
Product of given three Numbers is not equal to the LCM.
Formula -
Product of two Numbers = HCF x LCM
It's possible only there is product of two numbers.
117 = 3 x 3 x 13
143 = 11 x 13
104 = 2 x 2 x 2 x 13
HCF of 117, 143 and 104 = 13
LCM of 117, 143 and 104 is -
= 3 x 3 x 11 x 13 x 2 x 2 x 2 = 10,296
HCF = 13
LCM = 10,296
Product of given Numbers -
117 x 143 x 104 = 17,40,204.
Hence :
Product of given three Numbers is not equal to the LCM.
Formula -
Product of two Numbers = HCF x LCM
