Find the HCF by finding all factors 15, 40 pls fast

factors of 15 are= 1, 3, 5 and 15

factors of 40 are= 1, 2, 5 and 40

common factors= 1 and 5

highest common factor= 5

HCF is 5 cuz if we find the prime factors of 15 and 40..

The prime factors of 15=3 and 5

And prime factors of 40=2,2and 5.......

So by finding like this we get 5 as the HCF of 15 and 40.
