the formula we used here is a=bq+r
so , here the big number is taken in the place of a so a=225 and small number 135 is taken in place of b so b=135
by the formula
225=135×1+90
now a=135,b=90 (by using same formula a=bq+r)
135=90×1+45
still we didn't get hcf so,again
a=90,b=45
90=45×2+0
In this case the reminder (r)is 0 so, the hcf is 45 to the given number
