b = 54

Expressing a and b as a product of

prime factors

336 = 2 × 2 × 2× 2 × 3 × 7 = 2^4 × 3 × 7

54 = 2 × 3 × 3 × 3 = 2 × 3^3

HCF ( 336 , 54 ) = 2 × 3 = 6

LCF( 336 , 54 ) = 2^4 × 3^3 × 7 = 3024

We know that ,

HCF( a , b ) × LCM( a , b ) = a × b
