We know that
Area of parallelogram =base*height
400=h*25
H=400/25
H=16
Hence the height is 16cm

Area of parallelogram is base multiplied by height.

therefore 400cm=h multiplied by b

400cm=h multiplied by 25

h=400/25

=16cm
