Height of building EC=ED+DC=ED+20m

BD=AC=34m

tan 50°=ED/BD

1.19=x/34

x=1.19×34

=40.46

Hence EC=60.46m

Area of a triangle is half × base × height =180.

Base of a triangle = 34 m

Another line measures is = 39.5

Area = 1 by 2 × 34 × h = 180

Area = 10.5 m

10.5 + 20 = 35.5 m sq.
