Solution :

Let a , b are two parallel

sides of the trapezium,

a + b = 39 cm [ given ]

Let height = h cm

Area = 65 cm² [ given ]

=> [ (a+b)h]/2 = 65

=> 39 × h = 130

=> h = 10/3 cm

Therefore ,

height ( h ) = 10/3 cm

= 3.33 cm
