Principal(P)=Rs.25000. [Given]

Rate(R)=12.5%. [Given]

Time(T)=year or 1 Year [Given]

Now, we have to find Simple Interest(S.I.) using the given data.

Formula to be used here :

S.I=T×R/100.

using it ,

S.I = Rs.25000×12.5×1/100 = Rs.3125.

More Formalas related to it :

S.I=P*T*R/100.

P=100*S.I/T*R.

R=100*S.I/T*P.

T=100*S.I/P*R.
