This question tests the concept of LCM.

The LCM of 18, 27 and 12 is as follows :

12 = 2 × 2 × 3

27 = 3 × 3 × 3

18 = 2 × 3 × 3

LCM = 2 × 2 × 3 × 3 × 3 = 108

The possible LCMs are :

We get this by getting the multiples of 108.

108 × 2 = 216

108 × 3 = 324

108 × 4 = 432

108 × 5 = 540

108 × 6 = 648

108 × 7 = 756

108 × 8 = 864

216,324,432,540,648,756,864

From the list we have the largest and less than 842 is 756
