\huge\bf{Solution:-}

The dimensions of the piece of cloth are

2.5 m× 75cm

=( 2.5×100)cm × 75cm

= 250cm × 75cm.

A square handkerchief has to be cut out from the piece of cloth.

In a square, length = breadth.

Hence, if the Side of the square = 75 cm, it will be the largest square that can be cut from the piece of cloth.

Therefore, maximum length of size of square = 75cm
