To find smallest five digit number exactly divisible by 16, 24, 36 and 54, first we have to find theirs LCM.

16=2*2*2*2

24=2*2*2*3

36=2*2*3*3

LCM=2*2*2*2*3*3*3=432

10000=(23*432)+64

OR

10000=(24*432)-368

10000=10368–368

Therefore smallest five digit number exactly divisible by 16, 24 and 36 is 10368.
