57 i.e. 2361-57=2304=48×48=square of 48

Solution:

Number = 2361

So, \sqrt{2361}=48.590

So, the perfect square is 48 .

So, 48^2=2304

So, The nearest perfect square is 2304

So,  the least number which must be subtracted from 2361 to make it a perfect square = 2361-2304=57

So, The perfect square =  48^2=2304

Square root =  \sqrt{2304}=48
