Find the least number which when divided by 25, 45 and 60 leaves a remainder 20

First of all take the LCM of 25,45,60 by prime factorisation method. 25= 5×5 45= 5×3×3 60= 2×2×3×5 LCM= 5×5×3×3×3×2×2         = 2700  Now, subtract 20 from 2700 2700-20= 2680   Therefore 2680 is the required number.  Hope it helps....
