\underline{Step \: 1} :- We will find the LCM of 12, 40 and 75

12 = 2 × 2 × 3

40 = 5 × 2 × 2 × 2

75 = 5 × 5 × 3

LCM = 600

\underline{Step \: 2} :- We will add 5 to the LCM, i.e, 600

600 + 5 = 605

\therefore{} The least number is 605

Here is your solution

Firstly

We will find the LCM of 12, 40 and 75

12 = 2 × 2 × 3

40 = 5 × 2 × 2 × 2

75 = 5 × 5 × 3

LCM (12,40,75) = 600

Step2 :- We will add 5 to the LCM, i.e, 600

600 + 5 = 605

∴ The least number is 605
